Content
The systemic structural constellation developed by Insa Sparrer and Matthias Varga von Kibéd enables us to simulate and modify relational patterns in systems of very different types, such as families, psychosomatic interrelations, and organizations.
It involves a process in which groups of people model and modify a system's structure and dynamics of change. Building on the incredible capacities of representational perception, this method can be used in therapy, coaching, consulting, mediation, and supervision, as well as for the enhancement of creative and other processes.
The systemic structural constellation provides a clear syntactic, grammatical and theoretical framework that is linked to therapy, solution-oriented work, Satir sculpture work and systemic constellations. The content of this courses is taught in a very lively manner through demonstrations, group work, and theoretical explanations.
Systemic structural constellations are a simulation tool for observing the behavior of systems using differences of perception within the representatives' bodies. These perceptions create a type of non-verbal language. On the one hand, such a language requires a grammatical logic, on the other, it only becomes familiar to us through its practical application.
This seminar aims to provide participants with basic knowledge of the methodology and grammar of these structural constellations. It is also an occasion to gain a deeper familiarity with this language through the practice of case demonstrations.
The content includes:
Theory and practical applications of the following types of constellations:
- Conflict constellation
- Tetralemma constellation
- Constellation of the unknown subject
- Solution constellation
- Problem constellation
- Team structure constellation
